Meet Jill
Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Registered Nurse, Educator, and Certified Nurse Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and communities through care, crisis, and transformation. Across every role I’ve held, one truth has remained constant: healing begins with connection.
I’ve learned that people don’t heal because someone has all the answers — they heal because they feel safe, understood, and supported. That belief is at the heart of my work.
Who I Support
If you feel ready, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
You’re welcome to book a session or reach out with any questions.
Why I Do This Work
For many years, I worked in healthcare and education, witnessing firsthand the emotional weight that caregivers, helpers, and frontline workers carry. I saw how burnout accumulates quietly, how grief settles into the body, and how people who give so much often have nowhere to lay their own burdens down.
These experiences shaped my commitment to creating a therapeutic space where people who care for others can finally exhale — a space where you don’t have to be strong, composed, or “on.” Just human.
My practice is grounded in supporting:
• Healthcare professionals
• Caregivers
• Frontline and essential workers
• People navigating burnout, grief, or major life transitions
I understand the complexities of work‑life balance, the emotional weight of responsibility, and the unique forms of trauma that frontline workers carry. You don’t have to explain the culture of healthcare to me — I’ve lived it.
My Approach
My work is relational, trauma‑informed, and guided by empathy, authenticity, and compassion. I believe in keeping things simple and human. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are — messy, tired, hopeful, uncertain, or anything in between.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and care, at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner steadiness, find clarity, and build the resilience needed to move forward with more ease.
